Cohen has been classically trained on both guitar and piano. Through his educational experience he has learned various styles including rock, blues, jazz, and classical music. He has about a little over 12 years of guitar experience where he has played with multiple jazz bands in Buffalo and he has been playing the piano for around 5 years. With this job and the assistant work he has done with various bandleaders, he has a little over 3 years of teaching experience.
